Methods of Payment

We accept Bank transfer (Vorkasse), Cash-on-Delivery (Nachnahme) and Paypal payment. 

• Bank Transfer: Your purchase will be sent to you right after we receive your payment. Please note that it usually takes 1-3 working days for us to receive your payment.


• Paypal: Please send funds to service@houshous.com. As soon as we receive your payment and your address is confirmed, your purchase will be sent out to you. 
  ** With Paypal, you can use either bank transfer or credit cards to make the payment online. It is easy, fast and free. If you have not had your Paypal verified, you can sign up here.


• Cash-on-Delivery: Your goods will be sent to you upon your order. You do not need to pay until you actually receive your purchase. An extra €4,80 fee will be debited for post and handling charges.

All the online transactions by us are processed by industry-standard SSL encryption. By Bank Transfer, you will make the payment to our bank coordinates; by Paypal, your bank or credit card info is kept confidential by Paypal. 

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is guaranteed to be used only for business purposes and will be kept confidential. We will not release any of our customer lists and any customer personal information to any other party.
