Placing an Order

• To place an order on our website, please use our online shopping bag. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to process all the online transactions, which prevents sensitive payments, identification or product information from being viewed by anybody else but the intended recipient.


• You can also place the order via email at service@houshous.com. Please write ORDER in the subject line. In the email, simply specify the items of your choice, their unit price and the total amount. We will respond to you ASAP.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped out within 7 business days from the day when they are placed, depending on how soon the payment arrives. You will be notified immediately if the product is out of stock. If you require a rush order, please send your request via email to discuss special arrangements.

Order Cancellation

Before your order is processed, you can cancel your order by simply sending us an email. Please write down "ORDER CANCELLATION" and your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line. You will be informed once your order is successfully cancelled. 

If your order is already processed and sent out, the cancellation will not be possible. However, when you receive the goods, please send them back to us by following our 14-Day Return Policy.
